Q355B - Shanghai Baoshan Steel material used as this trailer's main framework,which composed with low-alloy,durable in low temperature,easy for welding and cutting,widely used in bridges, vehicles, ships, buildings, pressure vessels, towers, special equipments and other fields.With this steel, the truck trailers could carry goods in any rugged road conditions,but non-deformed for 8~10years.
Plasma cutting - Digital controlled by computer,faster speed cutting,more precise,less deformed,less iron scraps,but shortcomings with strong arc light,loud noise,dust and certain pollution to the environment.
Submerged-arc welding - Under higher thermal efficiency and deeper melting,it can weld smaller groove with less metal,and covered by welding flux,welding line's forming are pure and solid with less air holes,less loud noise,low surface temperature,friendly to workers. But this manner also has shortcomings,not flexible as manual welding,only suitable for horizontal or near horizontal position,and due to submerged arc operation,you can't see the welding forming process,the workflow must be strictly prepared.
Section bridge beam - The trailer's framework adopts section bridge beams welded between the main beams,which is more rational,especially for heavy duty load,compared with the W-shaped one-piece through beams,more durable with longer service life,and more convenient for late maintenance work.
W-shape cross member - Due to the integrated lightweight design, cargo floor's loading stress are even balanced , makes the vehicle more stable, suitable for light semi-trailers.
Rear bumper - On the trailer's tail,we use better rectangular steel tube of Shanghai Baogang 980# steel with thickness above 3mm,stronger,tougher and uneasy to deform even under serious collisions,especially for small cars,better secured to avoid life risks.
Blasting - Sand blasting to remove iron rust and increase the adhesion of primer between vehicle steel body and top painting.If the steel surface too smooth,the paint coat will last for long time and would fall off,especially in extreme weather conditions,and in order to balance the paint's adhesion and surfaces'smoothness,the sands shooting forces varies on different positions of the vehicle,the thicker of the steel,the bigger force used on it.
Coating and Painting - 1 coat of anticorrosion painting,1 coat of final surface painting,and QC will test and record 20+ different spot positions' painting thickness of the trailer,to check whether up to standard,and calculate the average figure to see if within reference range,ensure paintings are well even sprayed.
Light and Lamps - All lights are led,and each light's beads number outdoing usual led number brighter luminance,longer visual range and longer service life.All indicator lights are fully installed,including fog lights,turning lights,brake lights,outline marker lights,license plate light,reversing light,reflecting plates,etc.
Axles - Famous brand like Fuwa,BPW,SAF,etc. ,Loading capacity 10/13/16/20/tons per axle for option.
Suspension - Air suspension or Leaf spring steel sheet suspension optional.
For rugged roads,recommend leaf spring suspension,enables the truck trailer carry goods in any rugged road conditions,but not deformed even for 6~8years.
For urban city traffic road,both type of suspensions are ok,but air suspension seems more popular due to its adjustable chassis height function.
